Things I Would Like

NOTE: I'm leaving Cameroon in July, so it's probably not a good idea to send anything after June 1st. Thanks so much to everyone who has kept me stocked with delicious and useful and fun products from America these last two years!

Here are some things I would always really appreciate getting from the States. I would recommend using the big Post Office flat rate envelopes – the smallest international one ships to Cameroon for like $13. Thanks so much to all of you who have sent me packages! You have no idea how big of a difference little things from home can make on a difficult day in Cameroon.

-COFFEE! Seriously. Always. The coffee here tastes so bad it is almost undrinkable, and American coffee tastes so much like home.
-Any type of cheese product that will survive a trip to Africa (except Laughing Cow cheese, which I can buy here). Kraft makes a delightful variety of cheese products that are so artificial they can survive African heat without molding/expiring. Parmesan cheese, macaroni and cheese, cheez-its...pretty much anything with the word "cheese" (or "cheez") is something that would make me incredibly happy.
-Emergen-C
-Altoids
-Candy
-Soup mixes/seasoning packets (pesto is awesome, or any kind of pasta sauce...)
-Trashy magazines (Cosmo, People, etc. etc.)
-Del Scorcho sauce
-Anything else you can think of to keep me entertained at post

The address you can send things to is:

Rose Edmonds
Corps de la Paix
B.P. 131
Maroua, Cameroon

Thanks!!
